Course Prescription
Course Overview
The paper presents a fieldwork opportunity to apply skills gained during previous courses to a New Zealand organisation. Course participants will work in syndicates with an allocated organisation to address pathways to growth management in either a local or international context. The project will be conducted following a systematic framework called the consulting process, like that used by the top consulting organisations.

- Justify appropriate responses and recommendations to empirical situations relating to business growth for an actual firm (Capability 4, 5, 6.1 and 7)

Workload Expectations
This course is a 30-point course and students are expected to spend 30 hours per week over the 10 weeks of the term.
For this course, you can expect 40 hours of live online sessions, 120 hours of guided online activities, readings, completing tasks and thinking about the content and 140 hours of work on assignments, including client meetings. The course also involves in-market research, which is part of the guided activities and assignments.
