Investigates and critiques programmes, pedagogical approaches, resources, and strategies for bilingual learners in English-medium, Māori-medium, Pacific bilingual/immersion, early childhood, primary or secondary educational contexts. Students develop policy, curriculum and assessment materials suitable for bilingual learners in a particular educational context.
